At Utsav India, we aim to deliver your favorite festive products safely and on time. Since we are a multi-vendor marketplace, shipping times and charges may vary depending on the vendor, product type, and delivery location.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- In case of handcrafted or customized products, processing time may be longer. Estimated timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once the order is shipped.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- In some cases, vendors may offer free shipping for specific products or order values.
- International shipping (if available) will include additional costs, customs duties, and delivery timelines.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery time within India: 3β10 business days (may vary by location).
- Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days for delivery.
- Delays may occur due to natural calamities, strikes, public holidays, or courier/logistics issues, which are beyond our control.
4. Multiple Shipments
- Since Utsav India is a multi-vendor platform, items in your order may be shipped separately if they come from different vendors.
- You will receive tracking updates for each shipment.
5. Address & Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged or missing item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at support@utsavindia.in.
- πΉ A mandatory unboxing video (from sealed package to product inspection) must be provided to process any damage/missing product claims. Photos alone will not be accepted.
- Our team will review the video and assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in their country.
