At Utsav India, we aim to deliver your favorite festive products safely and on time. Since we are a multi-vendor marketplace, shipping times and charges may vary depending on the vendor, product type, and delivery location.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • In case of handcrafted or customized products, processing time may be longer. Estimated timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once the order is shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • In some cases, vendors may offer free shipping for specific products or order values.
  • International shipping (if available) will include additional costs, customs duties, and delivery timelines.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time within India: 3–10 business days (may vary by location).
  • Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days for delivery.
  • Delays may occur due to natural calamities, strikes, public holidays, or courier/logistics issues, which are beyond our control.

4. Multiple Shipments

  • Since Utsav India is a multi-vendor platform, items in your order may be shipped separately if they come from different vendors.
  • You will receive tracking updates for each shipment.

5. Address & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or missing item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at support@utsavindia.in.

  • Our team will review the video and assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
